Bird Rock in Chemainus Bay

Chemainus Bay Bed and Breakfast

A stunningly beautiful location where you can quietly observe the world go by without being amidst the hustle and bustle. A feeling of community connection while lazily enjoying the day.

Rest Easy

Let your dreams unfold as you gaze out your window across Kin Park and past Bird Rock to the calm ocean waters of Stuart Channel. On a clear day looms the mainland coastal mountain range and an assortment of islands. Moonlit nights offer dreamy views of a quiet forgotten world.

aboutThis nautically themed home shares with you a casually elegant ambiance. Remember to bring binoculars, artists palette, and/or a camera because all those windows look out to the view in the porthole above! If the bald eagles cooperate, you'll have an opportunity to watch them fish from the towers on Bird Rock.

Two staterooms are available, each with its own offering.  Dolphin Dreams, your level entry stateroom (that's the window closest on the ground floor) is spacious enough for the family or for adventurers travelling together and handily accommodates longer term guests.  Mermaids Retreat offers a cozy king size bed - and see that deck - it contains a huge hot tub for your exclusive use!

Arguably the best location in town, skip across the street to the park, the beach and the boat launch. Low tide at Bird Rock makes for great exploring!

Then begin your stroll of Chemainus by tracing the steps starting at the foot of Maple Street which leads to Old Town's murals, tea room, shops, relaxing spa, deep sea working harbour and marina, and Barnacle Barney's Fish n' Chip shop (a great people-watching spot from the licensed outdoor deck). Relaxed yet?
